We do not ask for any type of set-up fee, minimum monthly fee, renewal fee, inspection fee or any other hidden or unnecessary fee for having your property listed with us. You will only be charged the three fees below when you hire us to manage your property.

- You are only charged a monthly management fee when we collect rent. We do not get paid until you get paid.
- Lease Up fees are only charged on brand new residents, not on a renewal or an inherited resident.
- The repair and maintenance upcharge is only billed for specialized 3rd party vendors. There will be no upcharge fee if we are able to handle the repair or maintenance in-house.
