We also accept work orders by phone as well as through our after-hours maintenance system. Our maintenance partners are trustworthy and quick to respond. We coordinate and communicate with the residents, owners and venders for maintenance requests.
Our top tier in-house maintenance crew provides timely and quality work coordinated by our Maintenance Field Supervisor, Michael G.J. Munz. Additionally, our full-time Maintenance Office Supervisor, Ashley C. York, oversees our network of 3rd party vendors. We are capable of handling all repairs and maintenance needs between our in-house maintenance crew and our vetted contractors that have been working with us for many years.
- We ask your permission to make decisions regarding repairs and maintenance on your account up to $300 barring emergencies. However, we would like to speak to you first if we estimate that a repair will cost more than $300.
- We ask that a $300 reserve for each property be held in our trust account to pay for any of these costs.
Vendor bills and receipts are emailed monthly with owner statements and are also available through your online Owner Portal.
